Weighing In

So I was curious how often everyone weighs themseleves during the week. I've made it a goal to only weigh myself on Saturdays. I can't handle the emotion of seeing my weight go up.

  1. I am actually quite curious to see how I weigh in. I always weigh myself in the mornings, but my weight can fluctuate dramatically. According to my scale, I've lost two pounds this week! But I don't think I've really lost two pounds of fat, just water. So I am curious to see what it is Saturday morning.

  2. I weighed myself on Tuesday and my weight hadn't changed. I don't want to get discouraged, so I am trying to only weigh myself on Saturdays.

  3. Once a week at the same time of day, wearing pretty much the same clothes (if not the same clothes exactly.)
