i thought i'd answered this but i dont see my comment. I've heard that juices are empty sugars and calories but I'm sure it's better than nothing! What does everyone else think?
My husband thinks that if it's 100% juice it could count but it does have a lot of sugar but it's not the refine sugar found in soda pop........So in my opinion on occasion it's fine but not every serving of every day.
I took a nutrition class in college and fruit juice does count, but you can only count it for one serving each day - so only have about 1/2 a glass every day otherwise you are getting too much sugar and fat out of it. Get the rest of your fruits from other sources. Does that help?
