    This week was rough. I'm surprised I got as many points as I did or lost the inches that I did. I missed 3 days. (Slaps hands) But next week... next week is the week I will do better! So far, it's not as busy as this one was!

    Next week involves a big work schedule change, so I hope I can keep up with my workouts. Schedule change happened Thursday- right about the time I slacked off on my exercise. . .

    I think i did better than last week point wise but I didn't loose anything. I feel sometimes that this program is not ment for people with kids :( I'm going to try to do better next week though, again.

    We were out of town most of the week so I didn't do that well. I'll weigh myself tomorrow 'cause I want to be consistant and do it in the morning.
