    Kindof disappointed. I worked out for an hour 4 days of the week, then 30 min. the other 2.....shouldn't I of lost something...ugg

    Emily- Yeah you have it right, add your weight loss points onto your weekly points.

    Total Weekly Weight Loss: 2 1/2 pounds (although this does make a total of 42.4 since this time last year.

    Inches: Wasn't able to take measurements when we started, but measured tonight so I now have a starting point.

    Guess that's not so bad after all.

  10. Ok, so I was all gung-ho about doing this then I got sick and didn't care at all about anything. Then I found out the scale we have won't work for me. So, until I can fix that, I'll have to do inches but it's going to be 0 for this week since I'm really just now getting started and haven't taken any measurements.
