  2. I know this weight loss seems completely over-the-top, and I agree that it is. I'd wonder if my scale was broken, but I'm wearing clothes I haven't been able to wear in years. The only thing I can credit it to is that I've finally been able to release some emotional baggage that I've been lugging around for 20 years. That, and I'm always, always, always thirsty, so I drink a lot!

    This includes a minus ten points for not exercising for 3 days in a row. sheesh.

    I've been really sick and haven't worked out, why the weight loss now? Anyway I won't complain but my points are very low. I hope to kick this cold or try working through it this week. Plus my husband is back from being gone for four months! I better not gain the weight back :) Good luck to everyone this week.
