I think I am too ashamed to post my points this week. I've really fallen off the wagon between schedule changes, colds, and general laziness. Plus, this Monday, two days after I was down one more pound, I gained every pound back I had lost! And it's been up there all week. How does one gain like 5 pounds in two days?????? It was so depressing I've been eating cookies and brownies ever since. (Yes, my self-soothing technique is also very self-destructive) So anyway, now that I've quit my whining, I would like to renew my commitment to weight loss.

This week I vow to exercise more, eat less candy, drink more water, and generally just be nicer to my body.

Getting healthy is worth it! Losing weight is a great self-esteem boost! Being a whiny boob helps no one!

And yes, I will post my points. I think I actually made zero today. Maybe 5 for 7 hours of sleep, but that's about it.

  1. Good luck this week! I've been wanting to try your sweet potato recipe but the first time we didn't have 45 min to spare and the second time my potato had gone bad:(
